Mbi99 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the mbi99 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mbi99 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Acceptance of these terms occurs automatically when you tick the consent box during the account registration process, or when you continue using the platform after any amendment to the terms has been communicated to you. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mbi99 as the platform operator.
This platform is intended exclusively for online entertainment and betting, accessible only to individuals who have reached the legally required minimum age. mbi99 reserves the right to deny access to any individual who does not meet the established eligibility requirements.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and freezing of funds.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any changes to your personal details must be updated via your account settings or by contacting mbi99 customer support.
Password Security & Access
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. mbi99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the disclosure of your password to a third party, whether intentional or otherwise.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the mbi99 support team immediately. Account sharing with any other person — including family members — is not permitted without written consent from the platform.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users are required to use the mbi99 platform in a lawful, ethical manner that does not compromise the experience of other users or the integrity of the platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the platform
- Attempting to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
- Opening multiple accounts to fraudulently obtain bonuses or promotions
- Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities
- Attempting to breach or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties
- Accessing the platform from a region blocked by mbi99
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the mbi99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds originate from legitimate sources and comply with Malaysian law.
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit per transaction is as specified in the deposit section of your account. mbi99 reserves the right to adjust minimum or maximum deposit limits at any time with appropriate notice. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — deposits via third-party accounts are not permitted.
Withdrawal Process
Fund withdrawals are subject to completion of the identity verification process and compliance with applicable eligibility requirements. mbi99 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take up to three business days under normal circumstances.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Any bonus or promotional credit awarded by mbi99 is subject to separate wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully met. mbi99 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus where there is evidence of misuse.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Mbi99 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or security threat. In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, remaining funds in the account may be subject to review and may not be refunded, depending on the outcome of an internal investigation.
Users may also request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any legitimate remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe upon completion of identity verification.
Platform Liability Limits
Mbi99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting activities. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no guarantees regarding continuous availability or freedom from technical disruptions.
In any event, mbi99's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total active deposit balance held in that user's account at the time the claim arises.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mbi99 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of mbi99 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without explicit written consent from mbi99.
Third-Party Links
The mbi99 platform may contain references or links to certain third-party services. mbi99 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Any dealings between users and third parties are solely the user's responsibility and do not involve mbi99.
Term Amendments & Applicable Law
Mbi99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page, unless stated otherwise. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.
Your continued use of the mbi99 platform after any amendment to these terms is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the processes established under the relevant jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia for the resolution of any dispute.
